I am really stressed out because for the past couple of days, I've been dealing with loose motion. It started right after I tried this new restaurant that my friend was raving about. At first, I thought it was just a normal upset stomach, but the loose motion just got worse! I've been trying to stay hydrated, but no matter what I do, even plain water seems to upset my stomach more, you know?
