I am trying to figure out how to clean liver and kidney because I've been feeling pretty sluggish lately. Like, I wake up tired, no matter how much sleep I get! My digestion's off too—constipation one minute, and then I'm running to the bathroom the next. A couple weeks back, I went to the doc, and they mentioned elevated liver enzymes but didn’t say much more other than to watch my diet. It got me thinking about how to clean liver and kidney because clearly something’s up, right? My friends suggested detox diets or those herbal supplements, but I’m kinda hesitant about that stuff without knowing what actually works! I'm also a bit worried since I drink wine occasionally and maybe that’s affecting my liver? I don’t know. Maybe I should be eating more greens or something?
