I am just feeling kinda lost about my liver health lately. I found out from my doctor that my liver enzymes are slightly elevated after some blood tests, and honestly, it freaked me out a little. It was one of those routine checkups where I wasn't expecting anything major. Anyway, since then, I've been doing a ton of reading about how to take care of liver naturally because I really want to avoid medication if I can. I know there are a lot of diet changes I could make and lifestyle stuff, but I don't really know where to start. Like, I've heard drinking more water helps and that certain foods are good for the liver, but I’m not sure which ones and how to fit them into my daily meals. Also, should I be cutting out alcohol completely, or is that too extreme? And, what about exercise? Does that play a huge role in how to take care of liver naturally or are there other things that should be prioritized? I mean, I saw someone mention herbal supplements but I'm kinda skeptical about those. Do you guys have any suggestions or tips on how to take care of liver naturally? Like, what worked for you?
