I am dealing with some serious loose motions right now, and honestly, it’s been a bit scary. Like, it started last week after I had dinner at a new restaurant, maybe something didn’t sit well? Anyway, I thought it would go away, but nope! Now I’m stuck wondering what juice is good for loose motion. I’ve heard that some juices can help, but information is all over the place. Do I go for apple juice or something like pomegranate juice? Someone suggested carrot juice might be good too. I’ve tried drinking lots of water and bland foods, but it’s like no end to this! I feel a bit weak, too. I remember I used to drink this homemade juice when I had a stomach bug a while back, but can't recall exactly what it was. Does anyone have any tried-and-true suggestions on what juice is good for loose motion? Or should I just stick to plain water and rice? Can juice do any harm?
