I am feeling really frustrated right now. About two days ago, I started having loose motions for no reason, no change in diet or anything. At first, I thought it was just something I ate, but it's been constant and I'm tired of running to the bathroom. Like, I'm literally pacing around trying to figure out what to eat to stop loose motion immediately. I tried the usual stuff like bananas and rice, but they don't seem to be helping.
