I am really worried about my stomach lately. For the past couple of days, I've been having really bad loose motions, like super uncomfortable and I can’t seem to shake it off. My doc suggested staying Hydrated and eating blander foods, but I read somewhere that bananas are mostly healthy, right? Can we eat banana during loose motion? I mean, they’re soft and easy to digest, or at least that’s what I thought. But then again, I heard conflicting stuff… like how some people say anything high in sugar is a no-go when you're dealing with this kind of thing. I had a couple of bananas yesterday thinking they might help because they are supposed to be good for potassium, but now I'm unsure if I should keep going. Can we eat banana during loose motion or should I avoid them altogether? Also, what are some other foods that could be okay? I feel a bit lost here, trying to figure things out.
