I am feeling really sluggish lately and I keep thinking about how to cleanse body because I've tried some stuff before, like detox teas and juice cleanses, but honestly, nothing felt right. A few weeks ago, I overindulged at a family gathering and I think I still feel the aftermath. Ugh. I’ve been bloated and just uncomfortable. Some friends are saying that drinking lemon water is the best way to start how to cleanse body, but I don't know if that's legit or just hype. I read somewhere that cutting out sugar for a bit can help too, but I'm honestly struggling with that. How to cleanse body without making me feel worse? I also heard that saunas can help with detoxing, does that really do anything? I'm not super into spas or whatever but might give it a try if it helps. Plus, how do you even know if a cleanse is working? Like, should I be counting something?
