I am seriously worried about my health right now. A few months ago, I started feeling really sluggish and bloated all the time, and I tried changing my diet, but nothing seemed to work. A friend mentioned something about how to clean your liver and I was like wow, might be worth looking into. I mean, I’ve been drinking way more coffee than usual and snacking on sugary things, and I think it’s just taking a toll on me. I’ve tried some herbal teas that are supposed to help, but I don't really know if they do much good. Last week, I even went to the doctor, and they said my liver enzymes were slightly elevated – yikes!
