I am looking for advice on how to reduce inflammation acne overnight because I’ve been dealing with some really stubborn breakouts lately. It all started last week when, out of nowhere, my face broke out like crazy. I mean, I usually don’t have issues, but then bam! I woke up to these angry, red spots, and they just seem to get worse each day. I’ve tried a bunch of over-the-counter creams that claim to reduce inflammation acne overnight, but they haven't worked at all. It’s super frustrating! I heard that ice can help or maybe a clay mask? But honestly, I’m not sure what’s best for reducing inflammation acne overnight. Should I be using certain products or techniques? Is there something in my diet that could be affecting it?
