I am feeling really drained lately! It started off with just a sore throat, and then boom, next thing I know, I’m hit with chills and a fever! Went to the doc, they said it’s likely a viral fever, which is frustrating ’cause they don’t have much in the way of meds to give me. I'm curious about how to reduce viral fever naturally though, ’cause I feel like everything they prescribe is just for the symptoms but not really tackling the root cause.
