I am struggling with some serious stomach pain and honestly, it’s kinda ruining my day-to-day. Like, I thought it was just something I ate, right? But it's been on and off for about a week now, mostly that gnawing crampy feeling right in the middle. I tried over-the-counter stuff, and ugh, nothing seems to give me any quick relief from stomach pain. I mean, how can it be possible that I’m taking Tums from this big bottle my friend suggested and still NOT feeling great? Sometimes it gets worse after I eat, which is totally frustrating! I did some googling and read about diet changes and probiotics, but I need to know what I can do for quick relief from stomach pain like NOW! I can't focus on anything, even with work piling up. Has anyone been through this? What really works for a sudden attack, like, is there a magic food or drink I can try or even herbs that might actually offer quick relief from stomach pain? I'm pretty desperate here!
