I am really confused about how to maintain our body, especially after this last year of health issues. Like, I used to be pretty active, but then I had this knee surgery, and now I hardly exercise anymore. I’ve been trying to figure out how to maintain our body the right way, but I don’t even know where to start. My diet’s been kinda off too, and I feel like everything’s connected. Just last week, I got a blood test and my doctor said my cholesterol levels are a little high. I mean, how can I maintain our body and still enjoy life, right? Sometimes I just grab takeout because I’m too tired to cook, and then I feel gross after. It’s like, I want to learn how to maintain our body better but I have no clue if I should focus on workouts, food, mental health, or what! Some friends say I should try yoga, but others say weight lifting is the key. I’m just stuck. What am I supposed to do to maintain our body as I recover and still balance everything? Any advice for beginners would really help!
