I am really worried about my cousin, he's been diagnosed with dengue and not sure what to do! He started feeling sick a few days ago, like feverish and really tired, and then ended up at the hospital. The doc mentioned some foods for dengue that can help him recover faster, but honestly, I'm confused. Like, what are the best foods for dengue? I heard things like papaya leaves can be beneficial, and they said something about the importance of hydration too. But it’s tough to get him to eat anything right now. He’s barely nibbling on rice and soup. Should he be eating meat or just sticking to fruits and veggies? I also read that coconut water is good, so maybe I should just be pushing that? Like, what other specific foods for dengue should we be focusing on? And how can we make meals appetizing enough when he feels so awful? I just want to do what's best for him, but it's hard to figure out all these foods for dengue and what really helps! Any advice would really help, thanks!
