I am really struggling with this annoying ear pain that’s been bothering me for like a week now. I don’t even know how it all started, but one night I felt some discomfort, and now it’s just this constant dull ache, sometimes sharp shooting even. I tried gargling salt water, which I thought might work, but nah, it didn’t help much. I’ve also been popping over-the-counter painkillers but they’re just like a band-aid, ya know? My friend suggested a natural remedy for ear pain like warm olive oil, but like...is that really safe? I mean, I'm all for trying a remedy for ear pain but what if it makes things worse? I’m worried because I can't even sleep right, my ear is like thumping all the time. I think I might have some fluid buildup too, cause when I chew, it kinda pops sometimes. I’ve read that a remedy for ear pain can range from heating pads to keeping my head elevated, but do these really work? Should I be looking at this more seriously or can I just try to tough it out with some home remedies? Any suggestions for a practical remedy for ear pain? Would love to hear anyone’s experiences or advice!
