I am dealing with this really frustrating issue and need some advice. For the past couple of weeks, I've been having loose motions pretty regularly, which totally ruins my day! It started after I ate at a new restaurant with some spicy food, and I thought it was just a one-time thing, you know? But nope, here I am, weeks later still struggling to find how to relief from loose motion. Plus, I sometimes feel really bloated, and it's just uncomfortable.
