I am really worried because for the past few days, I've been dealing with this annoying loose motion thing. Started with just a bit of tummy cramps, thought it was something I ate, like maybe those street snacks I can't resist. After a day, I noticed it got worse and honestly, I was in and out of the bathroom like it was my new hobby. I tried drinking lots of water but then my friend told me I should eat dahi, saying “is dahi good for loose motion?” I looked it up and found mixed opinions online. Some say it’s great for your gut health, while others warn it might aggravate things if you already have a sensitive stomach.
