I am really worried about my health lately. I've been feeling super tired and just kind of off. A couple of weeks ago, I started having these weird digestive issues, like bloating and some discomfort in my stomach — not fun at all! My friend mentioned that I should try to detox my liver because she swears it helped her with some similar problems, and now I'm sorta curious about it. I did a bit of research, and it seems like everyone talks about how important it is to detox your liver. The other day, I even had a blood test done, and the doc said my liver enzymes were slightly elevated, which freaked me out! I’m wondering if I should really consider ways to detox my liver, like changing my diet or maybe doing some juice cleanse thing. I feel like there are a million conflicting opinions out there. Some say detoxing is essential for liver health, while others think it’s just a fad. I don’t know what to believe! Can anyone share their experiences or advice on how to safely detox your liver? Like, what actually works? Should I be concerned about my elevated enzymes? Would love any insight from real people who’ve been through this!
