I am really at a loss here. For the past three days, I’ve been dealing with these awful loose motions. It started out of nowhere! One minute I was fine and then bam, I was making trips to the bathroom what feels like every 10 minutes. It's super frustrating. I even tried eating bland food like rice and bananas, but that didn’t help much. I really want to know about loose motions remedies at home because the over-the-counter stuff doesn’t seem to be working for me. I’ve read some places that things like ginger tea or peppermint might help, but I’m not too sure how to use them. Last night, I drank some chamomile tea, thinking it would settle my stomach, but nope, still had loose motions!
