I am feeling really lost here... Lately, I've been dealing with this crazy fatigue and I'm not sure what's going on. My energy levels have plummeted, and on top of that, sometimes I just feel like this heaviness in my body, like my limbs are weighed down. I tried to ignore it for a bit, thinking it was just stress or maybe trying to get used to my new job, but then I started looking up sluggish liver symptoms and wow, it kinda hit me. The bloating after meals has also been annoying, and my digestion feels off. I’ve noticed dark circles under my eyes and, to be honest, I just feel kinda "blah" all the time. I did some blood tests, but the doc said everything looked fine. Are sluggish liver symptoms a thing even if tests come back normal? Like, how do you even figure that out? I’ve also read about how diet can affect the liver, and I feel like I might be eating too many processed foods, but cutting those out feels overwhelming.
