I am really worried about my health lately. About a month ago, I started feeling super tired all the time, and my skin's been kinda sallow. I went to my doc, and they mentioned my liver enzyme levels were a bit high. Now I'm looking into detox drinks for liver support, but I'm confused about what actually works and what’s just a bunch of hype. I tried a few homemade detox drinks for liver I found online, like beet juice with lemon and dandelion tea, and honestly, I don't know if I feel any different. I mean, how long should I be drinking these detox drinks for liver health to see a change? Do I really need to make them part of my daily routine or what? I've also heard about some supplements, but I'm not sure how those stack up against the detox drinks for liver.
