I am really struggling with this whole loose motion thing. Just last week I thought I had food poisoning or somethin’, but it turns out I’ve just been really anxious about my exams, and now I can't even think about eating much. Anyway, I’ve always loved paneer and was thinking about eating it to help with my condition, since I heard somewhere that is paneer good for loose motion. But then again, I also read some mixed stuff online, about how dairy can sometimes make things worse? Like, is paneer good for loose motion or is it just gonna mess me up more? I tried plain yogurt yesterday and thought it helped but just not sure anymore. My mom keeps telling me to avoid heavy foods, but I feel like paneer is light? Ugh, this is driving me crazy! Does anyone have experience? Like, does anyone know if is paneer good for loose motion or should I just stick to plain carbs for now? I’ve been sipping on some ginger tea too, hoping that helps. I don’t wanna end up making things worse, you know?
