can we eat paneer in dengue - #17527
I am really worried about my uncle who's currently battling dengue. He got diagnosed a few days ago and has been really fatigued, with intermittent fever, and it's just heartbreaking to see him like this. He was always the one preparing our family meals and now he's barely eating anything. My family is trying hard to help him get his strength back but we're not sure about his diet. I've heard mixed things, but we love paneer at home, and I just can’t help but wonder: can we eat paneer in dengue? I mean, is it bad for him or could it actually help? He always said that paneer is rich in protein, which would be good for recovery, right? But I also read that during illnesses like dengue, some foods can be harder to digest. We don’t want to make him feel worse or anything. If anyone has experience or knowledge about whether we can eat paneer in dengue, like if it’s safe or advisable during this time, I’d really appreciate any advice. I’m just trying to make sure he has a good recovery without messing up his diet! Thanks for any help.
