I am really worried about my uncle who's currently battling dengue. He got diagnosed a few days ago and has been really fatigued, with intermittent fever, and it's just heartbreaking to see him like this. He was always the one preparing our family meals and now he's barely eating anything. My family is trying hard to help him get his strength back but we're not sure about his diet. I've heard mixed things, but we love paneer at home, and I just can’t help but wonder: can we eat paneer in dengue? I mean, is it bad for him or could it actually help?
