I am really worried about my liver health lately. About three months ago, I started feeling super tired all the time and my skin was looking kinda yellowish, which freaked me out. I went to the doc, and after some tests, they said my liver enzymes were elevated but didn’t really explain why or how to fix it. I've always tried to eat healthy but ugh, there's always junk food around and I think my stress levels could be affecting me too. I do drink alcohol occasionally but not crazy amounts. Now I’m here wondering how make liver healthy again! Like, are there specific foods or exercises you all recommend? Do I need to cut out caffeine? I’ve read some articles saying green tea is awesome for liver detox but then others say it’s not a big deal. Also, could stress play a role in how make liver healthy? Sometimes I feel like I need a whole reset, like clean out everything! If I change my diet and lifestyle, how long would it take to see changes?
