I am really curious about whether we can use homemade face pack daily or if that's a bad idea. Like, I've been experimenting with different recipes for a while now. I started about a month ago because my skin was feeling dull and dry, and I thought why not try something natural, right? I’ve been mixing stuff like honey, yogurt, and some oatmeal in there. At first it felt great! But then I started wondering, should I really be applying a homemade face pack that often? The last thing I want is to mess up my skin, especially since I’ve heard some people say too much of a good thing can be bad. I have pretty sensitive skin, so sometimes it can get red and irritated. Also, I made this avocado mask that everyone raves about but I was like, do I use that every day too? Or is it better to rotate different types of homemade face packs? Do the ingredients in homemade face packs, like the ones I’m making, actually have the same benefits when used daily, or can that lead to build up or sensitivity? Just don't know what to do here, and it’s kind of stressing me out! Any thoughts or experiences about homemade face packs? What should I keep in mind? Sorry if this is a lot, but I’m just wanting my skin to be healthy!
