I am pretty worried because for the last few days, I've been dealing with a stomach infection. It started with really bad cramps and then some diarrhea and nausea. I went to the doctor and they just told me to keep hydrated and prescribed me some meds. But like, now that I'm on the mend, I'm thinking about what I can eat to help this whole situation, ya know? My friend mentioned the best fruits for stomach infection could be super helpful, but I’m kinda lost on which ones are actually good. I’ve read that bananas might be good because they’re easy on your stomach, but what about other fruits? Are there any specific ones that can help fight off the infection or soothe the tummy? Also, should I avoid acidic fruits during this or are they fine? Like, I love oranges but I don't wanna make things worse. It feels super confusing with all the info out there.
