best time to use aloe vera gel on face - #17978
I am really curious about the best time to use aloe vera gel on face after a pretty extensive skin care search! I’ve heard so many conflicting things lately. Like, some people say using it in the morning helps keep your skin fresh while others swear by night application for its healing benefits. I've been dealing with some redness and dryness and thought maybe aloe vera gel could help, you know? A couple of days ago, I applied it before bed, and it felt amazing, but I’m not sure if that’s the best time to use aloe vera gel on face, or if it would’ve been better after my morning wash. On top of that, I read somewhere that aloe vera gel has cooling properties if used in the morning, which sounds fantastic especially since I live in a pretty hot climate. Is it possible that different times of application can give really different results? Some people also mention mixing it with other things like essential oils or vitamin C, but I don’t knoow when I should really apply them too! It’s all just so confusing. Gosh, I’d appreciate any tips on when is truly the best time to use aloe vera gel on face for best results and if there are any specific steps I should take to make it work better!
