I am really struggling with how to reduce wrinkles on face. I’m only in my early 30s, but I feel like my skin is aging way too fast. Last summer, I spent a lot of time in the sun without sunscreen, freaking stupid I know, but I thought I was invincible or something. Now, my forehead has these fine lines and around my eyes, UGH, it just doesn’t feel fair especially when I see my friends still looking youthful. I tried a few creams promising to help with how to reduce wrinkles on face but honestly, nothing seems to work. I also heard about certain foods and vitamins, could they help in how to reduce wrinkles on face? Like, should I be adding more avocados or whatever to my diet? I really hope I’m not too late to fix this. I feel like I’m at this crossroads where I don’t wanna jump into procedures or anything too drastic yet, but I just need tips that actually work. My mom says just wait, but she doesn’t get it! If anyone has legit strategies on how to reduce wrinkles on face, I would really appreciate it. I know there’s gotta be hope here somewhere!
