i am suffering from loose motion - #18175

I am suffering from loose motion for like the past week or so, and honestly, it’s been a nightmare! At first, I thought it was just something I ate, ya know? But it got worse and now I'm like constantly running to the bathroom. My stomach keeps making all these weird noises and I started feeling kinda dizzy from all the trips. I’ve tried drinking lots of water and some ginger tea but those dont seem to help much. I even avoided dairy thinking maybe that was it! I’ve lost a little weight too, which is honestly freaking me out a bit. I saw some stuff online that said it could be food poisoning or even a bacterial issue, but how do I know for sure what's causing it? Like, when should I really start to worry about it? I dunno if I should just go to a doctor or if there are some home remedies that actually work? I’m a bit lost and hope someone can give me some tips or maybe share if they been in the same boat because I am suffering from loose motion and it’s seriously impacting everything, even work! Help!
