I am dealing with some serious tummy troubles right now. A few days agao, I hit up a street food stall, and ever since then, I've been having loose motions like every couple of hours! It’s just awful. I've tried sticking to plain rice and bananas but nothing seems to help. I'm feeling kinda helpless and was wondering if there are any effective home remedies for loose motions in adults? I've read online that things like ginger tea or yogurt might be good, but honestly, it feels like all these suggestions are just too vague. Is there any specific home remedies for loose motions in adults that anyone here has actually experienced relief from? Should I be worried about dehydration? I’ve been sipping water, but I don’t know if it's enough. Also, how long should I expect these loose motions to last, because I really can’t afford to be stuck at home any longer.
