I am really struggling with my skin lately and would love some advice. I’ve been looking into full body whitening at home because I feel like my skin tone is uneven and kinda dark in some areas. I tried some over-the-counter creams, but honestly, they didn’t do much, and I think they might even be irritating my skin!! My friend mentioned she saw a YouTube video about full body whitening at home and had some success with natural ingredients like turmeric and yogurt, but I’m not sure if that stuff really works or if it’s just another fad. Also, I have some dark spots from previous acne, and I worry that they won't go away just with home remedies. I’m feeling a bit lost here and don’t wanna mess up my skin even more, especially since I have sensitive skin. Are there safe and effective ways to try full body whitening at home, or any tips on what ingredients I should look for—or avoid? Also, if someone has experienced changes from these natural methods, how long did it take to notice anything?
