I am a little frustrated because I’ve been dealing with cystic acne for the past few months, and it’s really getting me down. I've tried numerous products but nothing seems to work for my skin. So I’m wondering if anyone has a solid remedy for clear skin? I mean, I've done the whole binge eating healthy thing, drinking tons of water, and even cut out dairy, but my cheeks still look like a pizza! My friend recommended some fancy treatment that costs an arm and a leg, but I just can't afford that right now. I also tried some over-the-counter topical creams, but they only made my skin even more irritated. I want a remedy for clear skin that doesn’t break the bank! The breakouts seem worse around my cycle, and I’m just so tired of trying new things that don’t work. Like, is there any natural remedy for clear skin or some home remedies or tips that actually work? I’ve heard about witch hazel and tea tree oil, but I’m not sure. Does anyone here have personal experiences with these? Or maybe a method that worked for them? Any thoughts would really help, because right now I’m at my wit's end, feeling a bit hopeless about my skin.
