I am really worried about my health lately, and honestly, I don’t know what to do. A few weeks ago, I started having these weird pains in my upper right quadrant, and after I went to the doc, they mentioned it could be something with my liver? I’ve been hearing all sorts of things about how to make liver health better, like drinking more water and trying to eat clean, but I don’t really know what that means exactly. My diet isn’t terrible, but I love my coffee and takeout—definitely not the healthiest choices. My bloodwork showed some elevated enzymes, and the doctor just brushed it off as normal for now, but I can't shake this feeling that I need to know how to make liver better. Like, are there specific foods or habits that could help? Also, I read somewhere that certain herbal teas might be good for liver detox but I have no clue which ones. Does anyone really know how to make liver function good again? I feel like I need some practical advice here; things can’t just be about avoiding fatty foods, right?
