I am really struggling with something kinda personal and hope to get some advice here. Lately, I've been having issues with, well, lasting longer in bed. It's been a bit embarrassing, to be honest. I’m in a happy relationship, but this is starting to cause some tension and I hate that. I’ve tried to just relax and focus, but then I just end up getting anxious, which doesn't help! Some friends have suggested I look up home remedies to last longer in bed, but I feel like I’m grasping at straws here. And honestly, I don’t know if those would even work.
