I am really worried about my liver health. A few months ago, I started feeling really tired all the time and my tummy felt kinda bloated. Then I did some blood tests and found out my liver enzymes are higher than normal. My doctor said it's not terrible but I should focus on how to get a healthy liver before it turns into something serious. I mean, who wants liver issues, right? Anyway, I tried changing my diet and started exercising a bit more, but honestly, I'm not sure what else to do.
