Please help me. I have very bad anxiety and depression and I feel like hurting myself and I can’t really do anything and my whole body is in pain I feel like it is burning and I still can’t do anything please help me

Hello dear See tsw or topical steroid withdrawal is associated with burning and skin irritation. The symptoms are completely matching with which is causing depression and anxiety. It will require comprehensive therapy and precautions Apply aquaphor moisturizer twice a day for 1 month Apply Tulsi alovera gel twice a day for 1 month Avoid application of steroid creams There may be requirement of topical medication like Dupulumab Tacro limus Kindly note the above two medication are very sensitive. So please consult dermatologist in person for better clarity and for safety please take the medicine on confirmation only Regards
