I am super confused about how to clear toxins from body. A couple of weeks ago, I had this crazy food poisoning episode after eating at a sketchy restaurant. Since then, I've been feeling off — weird headaches, fatigue, and my skin is breaking out like never before! I keep reading online about detox diets and stuff like that, but I’m not sure what actually works. My friends mentioned things like drinking lemon water and taking herbal teas, but I just don’t know how to clear toxins from body effectively without doing something extreme.
