I am worried because I’ve been feeling off for the past few days. Last week, I had this stomach infection that just knocked me out. The pain was awful, and I had all that nausea, super uncomfortable, you know? I went to the doctor and got put on some medicine, but now I’m also reading about what to eat or drink to help my recovery. I keep hearing people say that is coconut water good for stomach infection, but I don’t really know if it’s true. I mean, I love coconut water! It’s refreshing and all, but can it really help? I’ve also heard it has electrolytes and stuff, which might be beneficial? My mom says it’s good for hydration, but I just want to make sure it won’t upset my stomach more! Every time I think about eating or drinking something, I get nervous thinking what if it makes it worse? Like is coconut water good for stomach infection or could it be a bad idea? Anyone have any advice or personal experiences with it? I’m just really trying to recover here and not sure what to do. Feeling lost and I'm kind of desperate for any tips on what might actually help.
