I am dealing with a pretty frustrating issue lately. A couple of days ago, I suddenly started experiencing loose motions. Like, it was completely out of nowhere, just after I had that takeout from a new restaurant. I thought it might just be something I ate but here I am two days later, and it's still happening! It’s been annoying to say the least, and I can't even focus on my work. I've tried some of the usual stuff — you know, staying hydrated and all that, but this loose motion just doesn't seem to let up. I read somewhere that there might be an effective home remedy for loose motion for adults, but I don't know what to trust. My grandma used to swear by certain herbal teas and bland diets, but is that still a thing? Are there any specific home remedies for loose motion for adults that actually work?? I planned on seeing a doctor if this doesn't improve soon but honestly, I’m hoping for a quick fix. I’d love to hear any suggestions or experiences you all might have.
