I am 35 and lately, I’ve been feeling this heaviness in my upper right abdomen, like something's just not right. I mean, my diet's not the best, I admit, lots of takeout and not enough veggies. Went for some tests last week and the doc mentioned possible liver issues, but nothing too alarming yet. I’ve done some reading and saw stuff about how certain juices can help support liver health — but which juice is best for liver specifically? I hear beetroot juice is supposed to be amazing, but do I have to drink it every day? Or is there something else that's better? I also came across dandelion juice, sounds interesting, but like, is it for real? My friend swears by lemon juice for detoxing. Ugh, it’s so confusing! Should I mix them or just stick to one?
