can i eat curd in loose motion - #19448

Om

I am really confused about my diet right now. I was feeling fine until a few days ago but then I got hit with this massive case of loose motion, and it's been a total nightmare. My stomach is just a mess, and it's kinda embarrassing, ya know? Anyway, I've always heard that curd is good for digestion and that it has probitic cultures and all, but given my current situation, I'm not sure. Can I eat curd in loose motion? Like, will it help or make things worse? I tried eating it when I thought I was feeling better, but my stomach's like a rollercoaster, and I'm scared it made things gooier! My friend told me curd might actually be soothing, but is it really safe to eat when I'm having loose motion? I panic a little every time I think about it! I would much rather eat something that calms my stomach down instead of causing more issues. Should I wait until I feel more normal, or is curd actually something I can include in my meals now? Help me figure out if I can eat curd in loose motion or if I should stick with plain rice and bananas for now. Ugh, this is so frustrating! Did anyone else have this dilemma? What did you do?
