I am really worried about my health right now. Over the last month, I have lost about 15 pounds without trying at all. I mean, I’m not on any diet or exercising especially hard, which is why the sudden weight loss makes me super anxious. I remember I was just sitting at my kitchen table a few weeks ago, enjoying my breakfast, and suddenly realized my clothes were fitting way looser. At first, I thought maybe it was just stress from work, but it keeps happening! I haven't changed anything in my routine, yet the scale just keeps going down. My friend thinks it might be a symptom of something more serious, like thyroid issues or even diabetes, but I haven’t gone to the doc yet.
