Hello,
Agar 2 mahine se periods nahi aaye hain to ye bahut common hai, zyadatar serious problem nahi hoti. Sabse pehle agar aap sexually active ho to pregnancy test karna zaroori hai (home urine test).
Periods rukne ke possible reasons:
stress, fatigue, zyada tension weight kam ya zyada hona thyroid problem PCOS hormonal imbalance kuch medicines infection ya general weakness
Ab kya karein: pehle pregnancy test kar lo agar zarurat ho healthy diet, weight control, exercise stress kam rakho, proper sleep
Doctor kab milna chahiye: 3 mahine tak periods na aaye bahut dard, spotting, white discharge bad smell facial hair / acne bahut zyada sudden weight gain ya loss Doctor ultrasound, thyroid test, hormonal test suggest kar sakta hai.
Tension mat lo, most cases mein treatable hota hai 👍
Thank you

Periods can be irregular for a variety of reasons, especially in young women who are still establishing a consistent menstrual cycle. Stress, significant weight changes, excessive exercise, or even changes in sleep or diet can lead to irregular periods. However, if you’re experiencing a 2-month delay, it’s a good idea to consider and rule out other potential causes.
First, if there’s any possibility of pregnancy, it’s important to take a pregnancy test as soon as possible. This is always a primary consideration when menstruation is delayed. If pregnancy isn’t a possibility, then explore other factors. Conditions like Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), thyroid imbalances, or high levels of prolactin could affect your menstrual cycle. They are more complex but are treatable once properly diagnosed.
To determine what might be affecting your cycle, consider making an appointment with your healthcare provider. They might recommend blood tests to check hormone levels or an ultrasound to look at your ovaries. This approach helps to ensure there are no underlying health issues that need to be addressed.
Meanwhile, evaluate your lifestyle. If you’ve been under significant stress or made recent changes to your routine, try to address these areas. Regular meals, adequate sleep, and moderate exercise can sometimes help in regularizing periods. But remember, if this issue persists or if you experience other symptoms like sudden weight gain, acne, or excessive hair growth, comprehensive evaluation is warranted. In any case, seeking professional advice will be important in understanding and managing your menstrual health effectively.
Its completely normal shakshii don’t be upset. Kindly consult gynaecologist, if needed they will do a USG scan if needed. Don’t be upset its all natural due to changing lifestyle
