reasons for sudden weight loss - #20041
I am really worried because I’ve noticed some sudden weight loss over the last month and not in a good way. I mean, I haven’t changed my diet, still eating my usual foods, maybe even some junk now and then. I’m a pretty active person, but the weight just keeps coming off and it’s like it’s happening overnight. I can’t even recognize myself in the mirror! A couple of weeks ago, I was doing fine, then bam, I weighed myself and it shocked me! I lost like 10 pounds in just a few weeks without trying to! I’ve been feeling a bit more tired than usual and sometimes I feel kinda dizzy, which is strange because I usually feel energetic. Been having some stomach issues too — just occasional nausea. I did some blood tests, and everything seemed normal, but it’s like my body is playing tricks on me! I started Googling the reasons for sudden weight loss, and wow, there are so many possibilities! I’m kinda freaking out though. Can all the reasons for sudden weight loss really be serious? What should I watch for that could help figure out what’s going on? Should I be pushing to see more tests or maybe a specialist? I just want to understand what’s happening before it gets worse!
