Hello Abhinandan, mai aapki situation samajh sakta hoon lekin BP ki medicines ke sath alcohol lena safe nahi hai, especially jo aap le rahe ho.

Alcohol lene se aapko ye problems ho sakti hai - chakkar aana, kamzori, behoshi ka risk, girne ka risk, basically aapka BP zyada low ho sakta hai (iska matlab ye nahi ki aapk apni medicine nahi lekar alcohol consume karein- bahut dangerous), heart rate bahut slow/irregular ho sakti hai (again medicine nahi lene ki galti mat karna), dehydration aur electrolytes imbalance.

Ideally aapko kabhi bhi alcohol nahi leni chahiye.

Agar social situation me unavoidable ho to kabhi-kabhi maximum 1 small drink (30 ml hard liquor OR 1 small beer) le sakte ho. Daily ya frequent bilkul nahi. Khali pet bilkul mat lo. Us din BP check karo. Chakkar, ghabrahat, ya faint feeling ho to turant stop karo aur hospital jao.

Kab alcohol bilkul mana hai - Agar BP control me nahi hai, Agar chakkar / weakness hoti hai, Agar heart rate already kam rehta hai, Agar dehydration / vomiting / loose motion ho.

25 saal ki age me BP aur HR 120 rehna normal nahi hai. Stress, caffeine, alcohol, smoking, obesity ya anxiety ka role ho sakta hai. Lifestyle correction + regular follow-up zaruri hai.

Hello Abhinandan Cilidin Trio aur Ciplar 10 dono hi medications hain jo aapke health conditions ke liye prescribed kiye gaye hain. Alcohol ka istemal in medications ke saath kuch side effects ya interactions create kar sakta hai. - Cilidin Trio: Ye tablet anxiety ya depression ke liye hoti hai, aur alcohol iski effectiveness ko kam kar sakta hai aur side effects ko badha sakta hai. - Ciplar 10: Ye beta-blocker hai, jo heart rate aur blood pressure ko control karta hai. Alcohol iski effectiveness ko bhi affect kar sakta hai.

Agar aapko kabhi kabhi alcohol consume karna padta hai, toh ye zaroori hai ki aap kam amount mai alcohol le aur alcohol aur medicine ke beech mai aacha gap rakhe kam se kam 3-4 hours ka aur daily walk aur exercise kare .

Thank you

Namaste Abhinandan ji 👋

Aapki Cilidin Trio BP ki tablet ke saath alcohol avoid hi karni chahiye; dono milkar BP bahut kam kar sakte hain, chakkar, faint hone ka risk badh jata hai.

Ciplar 10 (propranolol) ke saath bhi alcohol unsafe mana jata hai, drug level aur side‑effects (thakan, chakkar, dhadkan slow) dono badh sakte hain.

Kabhi‑kabhi “social drink” bhi BP medicines ke combination mein dangerous ho sakta hai, isliye filhaal peg se zyada apni arteries ko priority dijiye.

Agar future mein occasional drink plan ho, to pehle apne treating doctor se face‑to‑face discuss karke hi “cheers” bolna, warna party seedha emergency ward tak pahunch sakti hai.

Hello,

🛑🛑Alcohol BP medicines ke sath safe nahi hota.

Alcohol se: BP aur heart rate gadbad ho sakta hai chakkar, zyada neend, faint hone ka risk badhta hai heart aur liver par load padta hai

medicine ke same din avoid karna best hai empty stomach alcohol na lo

Agar BP/HR unstable hai, palpitations, chakkar, breath problem hoti ho → alcohol bilkul avoid karo.

I trust this helps Thank you

Blood pressure medications like Cilidin Trio and Ciplar 10 are designed to help manage hypertension, and consuming alcohol while on these medications could complicate the effectiveness and introduce side effects. Alcohol may raise blood pressure and add to the central nervous system sedative effects of these medications, potentially leading to increased dizziness or fainting. Furthermore, mixing alcohol and blood pressure medication can impair your kidney or liver function over time, especially if consumed regularly. If alcohol consumption is necessary due to social obligations, limiting the intake and ensuring it does not coincide closely with your medication timings might mitigate some risks. Discussing frequency and quantity with your healthcare provider can personalize this advice further, potentially allowing for the least disruptive approach to your routine. If you decide to consume alcohol, do so cautiously and monitor for any unusual symptoms like dizziness, headaches, or palpitations. If such symptoms occur, it would be prudent to seek medical advice promptly. It’s important to always prioritize your health needs and treatment efficacy when negotiating social situations that involve alcohol. This balance requires careful and deliberate consideration or adjustments, and maintaining open communication with your healthcare provider is essential in navigating these situations safely.
