I am really struggling with my skin lately, and it's been so frustrating. I had acne all through my teen years but thought I’d finally got rid of it. Then boom! Back come the breakouts and they’ve left behind these dark spots. I read a lot online about how to remove acne and dark spots, but honestly, it feels overwhelming. I tried using over-the-counter creams and they seem to do nothing. I don’t know if I need a stronger prescription or if I’m using the wrong products for my skin type. Sometimes my skin even feels irritated after using certain things. I went to a dermatologist last month, but she didn’t really give me a clear plan on how to remove acne and dark spots. All she said was to be patient and gave me a few samples to try but it's just not working! I feel like I’m missing something here. How to remove acne and dark spots effectively?
