I am seriously struggling with this whole pimple situation. Like, I've tried everything, and it feels like nothing works. A few months ago, my face started breaking out — I thought it was just stress or hormonal changes or whatever, but then it got worse! I’ve been washing my face obsessively — trying to figure out how to overcome pimples by using different cleansers, but honestly, nothing has really helped. I've tried those over-the-counter treatments with benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid, but it seemed like they just irritated my skin more instead of teaching me how to overcome pimples. Then I got too desperate and started using some random natural remedies, but it feels like I'm just making things worse! There’s really no consistency with my skin; one day it looks okay, then out of the blue, I'll wake up with like 3 new ones! I read somewhere that diet can play a role too — like cutting out dairy or sugar? Have any of you had success with that? I just want to know how to overcome pimples once and for all. Help! I’m tired of feeling self-conscious about it!
