I am getting really confused about how to take care of our health these days. Last month I was feeling super tired all the time, like no matter how much I slept, I woke up exhausted. I decided to start some health changes, but I'm just not sure if I'm doing it right. I tried eating more fruits and veggies, like maybe a salad a few times a week, but sometimes I just crave junk food and it’s hard to resist! Plus, I thought exercising would help but honestly, I only went for a jog once and I was sore for a week. I really wanna learn how to take care of our health better, you know. I read about drinking more water and doing yoga, even considered meditating but I have NO idea how to fit it all in with work and life stuff, it gets overwhelming! I even started tracking my steps but I feel like I’m just trying to check boxes instead of actually improving my wellbeing. What I really want is some kind of simple rules or tips on how to take care of our health without complicating things more! Is there like a magic number of fruits or veggies we should eat? And what about those trendy diets? Are they actually helpful??? I just want to feel energetic again, but all this info just makes my head spin.
