I am really curious about something and hope you all can help. For about a month, I've been drinking buttermilk daily, mainly because my grandma always swore by it. She used to say "what happens if we drink buttermilk daily?" makes all the difference for digestion! At first, I thought it was just a weird thing from her generation, but I've been feeling less bloated and more energetic. However, I’ve also read that too much of anything isn’t great. Like, I've noticed some off and on stomach cramps, and I’m not sure if that’s normal or related to the buttermilk. I thought that buttermilk was supposed to be good!? But now I'm kinda worried. I drink about a cup right after lunch, but do I need to cut back? What happens if we drink buttermilk daily in such quantity? My friends say I should add more variety to my diet, but I don’t wanna give it up if it’s doing wonders. Anyone else experience something like this? Would love to hear your thoughts about what happens if we drink buttermilk daily for a longer time! Feels like I’m in a bit of a pickle here. Thanks!
