kidney how to take care - #20290
I am really worried about my kidney health lately. I’m only 30, but my mom has had kidney issues for years, and I feel like I might be heading down the same path. I started noticing some frequent urination and mild back pain a few months ago, and while my doc said it’s probably fine, I wanna know how to take care of my kidney properly now before anything goes wrong. I read online that hydration is super important for kidney health, but like, how much water do I actually need to drink each day? Also, are there specific foods or diets that are better for kidney function? I mean, I've been trying to eat healthier, but I’m not sure what "healthy" really means for kidneys. And can stress impact your kidney health too? Sometimes I feel overwhelmed and just wanna know what I can do to be proactive. Like, if you guys could list down some basic but effective kidney care tips, that would be amazing! It would really help me get a handle on how to take care of my kidney. Any personal experiences or advice would be great because I just wanna make sure I'm doing everything right to avoid future issues. Thanks a ton!
