I am really struggling with acne, and I keep hearing that drinking more water could help clear it up, but I’m kinda confused. Like, how much water should I drink to clear acne? I've been dealing with these breakouts for years now, and nothing seems to work. I tried all these creams and washes, even some prescription stuff that my doc gave me, but I still have flare-ups. A friend mentioned that increasing water intake might help, but I honestly don’t know how much is enough or if it really makes a difference. Plus, some days I'm so busy that I forget to drink and wonder if that’s why my skin is acting out. I’ve read a ton of articles that say hydration is key, but then others say it doesn’t matter as much as diet or other factors. It’s super frustrating trying to figure this out. If I should be drinking a certain amount of water daily, what’s that amount? Like, is it just a glass here or there or are we talking gallons?
